GSGroup appoints former Telenor top executive Per Waldemar Simonsen to the role as Division Director for the Fleet & Asset Tracking division.
During the pandemic, GSGroup has consolidated its position as one of Europe's leading suppliers of fleet management, asset control and mobile order management solutions. The company is now preparing for further expansion.
"With the appointment of Per, we are strengthening the management and preparing to grow further in Europe in the years to come," says CEO Espen Ranvik in a comment to the appointment.
Per has previously founded and built Telenor's IoT company Telenor Connexion AB in Stockholm. He has also held leadership roles within strategy, business development and IoT in Telenor. Most recently, he comes from the role as CEO in the Norwegian tech scaleup Meshtech.
