Per Simonsen and Mathias Munk Hansen takes over the leadership of GSGroup

GSGroup has over the last year undergone a strategic restructuring, and has appointed new CEO`s to lead the two companies, GSGroup AS and the now demerged GSG Handyman AS. The changes took place on February 1st, following Espen Ranvik’s departure as CEO for GSGroup AS. 

Per Simonsen, a seasoned executive with a track record in the IoT (Internet of Things) industry, has been appointed as the CEO of GSGroup AS. The company’s continued focus will be to lead the development in fleet insight for Nordic and European customers.  

Mathias Munk Hansen, an experienced GSGroup leader, will take on the role as CEO in GSG Handyman. The company will advance field service solutions to meet evolving customer demands.   

Magnhild Agerup-Faxvaag will be the new CFO in both companies.   

After 10 years of dedicated service, CEO Espen Ranvik has decided to step down from his position as the leader of GSGroup. The company expresses its gratitude for Espen’s valuable contributions and wishes him success in his future endeavors.  

Commenting on these changes Espen Ranvik states, - It has been a privilege to lead GSGroup, and I am confident that under the new leadership, the company will continue to thrive and innovate. I extend my best wishes to Per Simonsen and Mathias Munk Hansen in their respective roles.

Mathias Munk Hansen, the newly appointed CEO of GSG Handyman says that he is eager to continue working with the talented GSG Handyman team driving innovation and help create value for our customers.
