No matter if you drive with pallet goods, gravel or passenger transport, driving-rest time is something that all haulage shops must comply with.
The risk of your drivers violating the driving and rest time regulations is high and the consequences are great.
GSGroup offers the Remote Download solution, which automatically retrieves driving-rest time data from cars and drivers. The tachograph communicates with a card hotel in Esbjerg and sends data home to GSGroup's server using a box from GSGroup in the truck. From there, they are sent on for analysis to our partners.
The solution means that the haulier does not have to empty the cars manually. Data from both car and driver are retrieved automatically - based on some set intervals. This ensures that there is always valid and time-correct tachograph data.
When retrieval time data is retrieved, we make this information available on our fleet management platform. Thus, we give both driver and manager an overview of remaining driving time for both the day and the month as well as the number of minutes until the next statutory break. This overview is important in connection with task management, as we ensure that the driver is only given a task that can be solved within the remaining driving time.
